  (一)个人简介

  薛长湖教授是水产品加工与贮藏工程学科的学科带头人,长期致力于海洋水产品加工的基础理论、核心技术和工程化研究,系统揭示了主要水产品营养与功效成分在贮藏、加工、流通过程中的变化规律,奠定了水产品高效利用的科学基础;构建了一系列水产品精深加工技术体系,显著提升了我国水产品精深加工产业的工程化水平。为加速我国水产品加工与贮藏工程学科进入国际先进行列,推动海洋渔业产业转型升级和服务国民健康做出了重要贡献。发表重要学术论文350余篇,其中被SCI收录221篇、被EI收录143篇,SCI他引4569次,是全世界水产品加工学科发表被SCI/ EI收录论文较多的作者之一;主编出版学术著作4部;获授权发明专利65件。海洋水产蛋白、糖类及脂质资源高效利用关键技术研究与应用获国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,海参功效成分研究及精深加工关键技术开发等成果获得省部级一等奖2项。
